India starts China made Seamless Steel Tube anti-dumping investigations
| In January 12, 2010, Under the request of Indian Seamless Metal Tubes (ISMT Ltd., Pune) , Indian Commerce and Industry set the case to conduct anti-dumping investigation for seamless steel tubes made in China. The products involved customs codes to 73.04. This application is supported by Maharastra Seamless Limited and M / s. Jindal Saw Limited.
The survey product seamless steel tubes, pipes and hollow profiles iron, from the alloy and non alloy steel (excluding cast iron) is made, whether it is hot finished or cold-drawn or cold-rolled, its diameter no more than 273 mm or 10 inches,
The case-dumping investigation period is April 1, 2008 ~ June 30, 2009, damage survey period include the 2005/06 fiscal year, fiscal year 2006/07, 2007/08 fiscal year and the dumping investigation period (April 2008 1 ~ June 30, 2009).
