Fittings from Malaysia determined circumventing news by Hebei Longsheng
AGENCY:Enforcement and Compliance, International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce. SUMMARY:The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings (butt-weld pipe fittings) exported from Malaysia, which were completed in Malaysia using finished or unfinished butt-weld pipe fittings sourced from the People's Republic of China (China), are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) order on butt-weld pipe fittings from China.
